Steak Butter

Ingredients

2 cloves of garlic
50ml Lukina’s Prawn oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
Chopped tarragon
200g butter
Zest of 1 lemon
Splash of Vermouth
Chopped Chives
Salt and Pepper

Method

1 Blend all ingredients in food processor.

2 Wrap in 2 layers of cling film, roll into sausage and set in fridge. Slice and place on grilled steak.
