Southern Bluefin Tuna is a delicious fish. It is full of flavour and is prized for culinary delights such as sashimi.
Our fresh fish is available during the harvest months, but no matter the time of year, when you buy Southern Bluefin Tuna from Dinko Seafoods you know you are always getting the freshest fish.
For our fish that isn’t sold as whole, the super freezing process begins within hours from the time the boat arrives in port: the fish is unloaded into the factory, trimmed and cleaned and then vacuum-packed into our freezer cabinet.
All Dinko Seafood products are then stored in our vacuum-sealed cryovac bags, then packed and transported in styrofoam eskies at -60 degrees celsius.
While we sell Dinko Seafood products at wholesale prices, small orders can become expensive when these specialised transport costs are added. To enjoy better value for money, we recommend placing orders of 5kg or more.
Each pack of Dinko sashimi-grade Southern Bluefin Tuna contains an akami (top) and toro (bottom) loin.
Our Southern Bluefin Tuna portions are frozen as fresh, sustainably farmed and bursting with flavour. Serve it in a poke bowl or make a sushi roll, however you eat it, you’ll love the moreish taste!
