Spice up your next dinner date with this Cajun Style Bluefin Tuna Steak. Ready in less than 10 minutes, this delicious dish is perfect with rice, salad or roast vegetables.

For the Cajun dressing
1 Add all the dressing ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
2 Combine the Cajun spice mix ingredients together in a large bowl and mix to combine.
3 Rub the spice mix on both sides of the Dinko Bluefin tuna steak, cover, and allow to marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
4 Preheat fry pan on high heat. Brush pan with olive oil and brush one side of the tuna with melted butter. Place steak on pan, butter side down, and sear for 1-2 minutes. Turn, brush the other side and cook for a further 1-2 minutes or until the outside is blackened.
5 Serve tuna with Cajun dressing and lemon wedges.
