1 Cook rice according to instructions on the packet.
2 In a medium-sized bowl, combine the tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, crushed red pepper flakes, spring onions and sesame seeds.
3 Serve immediately, or keep in the fridge covered for up to two hours before serving.
4 Add cooked rice, salad, poke and if desired toppings, such as avocado, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, pickled ginger, wasabi, dried seaweed or seaweed salad.
