Ingredients
1 Cut the Dinko Bluefin Tuna into 1cm cubes.
2 Place the tuna in a bowl with onion, cucumber, pepper and lime juice. Gently toss, then set aside for 5 minutes, mixing gently once.
3 Sprinkly the mixture with salt, then add avocado, coriander and olive oil. Gently mix ingredients together, then serve immediately. Garnish with black sesame seeds (optional).
4 Do not leave overnight!
