This crowd-pleasing Bluefin Tuna sashimi recipe is the perfect way to showcase the quality and flavour of our premium sashimi-grade sustainable Southern Bluefin Tuna.
1 Use a sharp knife to cut the tuna into 0.5cm slices. Place on a serving platter with slices of avocado.
2 Combine the olive oil and lime juice in a small dish. When ready to serve, pour the dressing over the tuna and avocado slices. Sprinkle with the spring onions and season with sea salt and pepper.
3 Serve with soy sauce for dipping and extra lime as desired.

We harvest Southern Bluefin Whole Tuna each year from April to July. You can purchase the tuna as a whole fish during those months. The weight of the tuna varies from 15 – 25kgs.
