This quick and simple Southern Bluefin Tuna Bruschetta is the perfect addition to any summer party. Light, fresh and tasty, you’ll have all your guests asking for more!
Ingredients
1 Dinko Southern Bluefin Tuna fillet
1 mango, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1 fresh baguette, sliced
Sesame seeds
1 Remove any blood meat (called the blood line) within the tuna piece. The blood line is the very dark red (almost black) meat that you will see on the edge of the tuna.
2 Using a very sharp knife, cut any dark meat away from the rest of the tuna and discard.
3 Thinly slice tuna fillet.
4 Layer slices of baguette with avocado, mango and tuna.
5 Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
