This light and flavoursome take on the classic bluefin tuna with avocado sushi recipe will delight your taste buds. Easy, healthy and delicious… a must try!
1 Cut the Dinko Southern Bluefin Tuna into long, thin strips.
2 Mix the sushi rice and ground sesame seeds together.
3 Cut the nori seaweed in half.
4 Spread out makisu (bamboo mat) and place nori seaweed on top.
5 Spread ¼ of the rice on top. Make sure to leave about 5cm of space on the top side of the nori.
6 Add ¼ portions of the avocado, mango and bluefin tuna in the centre.
7 Roll the sushi and leave until the rice and seaweed stick together.
8 Eat with soy sauce and wasabi, if desired.
