Tuna Poke Bowl with Spicy Sauce

Turn up the heat with this Bluefin Tuna Poke Bowl with Spicy Sauce. Fresh, filling and simple to prepare, it’s the perfect dish for any season.

For the tuna:
  • 250g Dinko Bluefin Tuna potions
  • ¼ cup spring onions, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha
For the poke bowl:
  • 1 cup sushi rice, cooked per packet instructions
  • 1 cup cucumbers, chopped
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
For the spicy sauce:
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce


1 In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and sriracha, thin with a little water if needed, then set aside.

2 In a large bowl, combine tuna with spring onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha. Gently toss to combine and set aside.

3 Divide the rice, tuna, avocado, cucumber and scallions between two serving bowls.

4 Drizzle with spicy sauce and sesame seeds and serve with extra soy sauce on the side, if desired.

5 Serve immediately.
