This quick and simple Southern Bluefin Tuna Poke Bowl is the perfect summer salad. Full of vitamins and minerals…and delicious too!
1 Remove any blood meat from the tuna, using a very sharp knife.
2 Cut tuna fillet into cubes.
3 Divide rice, cabbage, avocado, cucumber and tuna in two bowls.
4 Combine apple cider vinegar, olive oil, mustard and salt and pepper in a jar to make dressing. Shake thoroughly.
5 Drizzle salad with dressing.
6 Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
