HOW TO HANDLE
YOUR TUNA

FROZEN AS FRESH
SUPER FREEZING TECHNOLOGY

Our innovative super freezing technology locks in the ocean fresh flavour and texture of the Southern Bluefin Tuna. We cryofreeze the tuna to minus 60 degrees Celsius within hours of harvest. This unique process retains the natural and rich quality of the tuna.

A SUSTAINABLE
FUTURE FOR SOUTHERN BLUEFIN TUNA

We are deeply committed to protecting the environment. We use sustainable Bluefin Tuna farming practices to minimise our impact on the environment and maximise the quality of our products. So, future generations can enjoy the finest quality Southern Bluefin Tuna.

TASTE
QUALITY AND INNOVATION

Our seafood produce – Southern Bluefin Tuna, Spencer Gulf King Prawns and Australian Sardines – are sustainably caught in the deep, pristine waters off the Eyre Peninsula coastline in South Australia. Our passion for flavour, quality and sustainability ensures we provide you with the finest ocean fresh flavour that will keep you coming back for more. Our founder, Dinko Lukin, was a pioneer in the global tuna farming industry. His innovation continues to guide us today and into the future.
