We use our pioneering tuna farming methods to deliver you a tuna fish that is rich in flavour with a luxurious texture. Whether it is our Southern Bluefin Tuna, Spencer Gulf King Prawns or Australian Sardines, our premium products are a cut above the rest.
Our whole Bluefin Tuna fish is available during our harvest period, from April to July each year.
Dinko sashimi-grade bluefin tuna loins are cut to order and frozen as fresh.
Our Southern Bluefin Tuna is frozen as fresh, sustainably farmed and bursting with flavour.
Our Bluefin tuna steak is available in 100-250g portions, all cut to order.
Remove loins from carton and place in 0-4°C refrigeration, still in cryovac bags for 12-15 hours.
Remove from cryovac bags, pat dry, and wrap in Japanese wasabi paper.
Place wrapped loins in airtight container and store in coldest part of fridge.
Consume within four days of defrosting and opening vacuum bag.
Loins should not be refrozen after defrosting.
Our innovative super freezing technology locks in the ocean fresh flavour and texture of the Southern Bluefin Tuna. We cryofreeze the tuna to minus 60 degrees Celsius within hours of harvest. This unique process retains the natural and rich quality of the tuna.
